By the time you read this, I should be back in France. I hope I had a good flight! And a good train ride and car ride. Je vous raconterai tout ça demain matin.
These are two old photos of our house outside Saint-Aignan, in the Loire Valley region of central France. I'll of course be glad to be home again, after spending two weeks in my other home, coastal North Carolina.
East or west home is the best
ReplyDeleteKen's plane landed safely at CDG in Paris at 07h30 this morning.
ReplyDeleteBienvenue à la maison!
ReplyDeleteGlad to know you're safely back to France. Waiting for other news.
ReplyDeleteI've not seen such good close up photos of your house, well not the front. It looks great and must have been taken early autumn.
ReplyDeleteI just noticed Collette sitting at the garage door, on the first photo!
ReplyDeleteI hope your journey was easy and you are now back home with your loved ones who I am sure missed you very much.
ReplyDeleteEverything went smoothly until I got on the RER train to go south through Paris. Then the fun bagan. More tomorrow...
ReplyDeleteYes, I agree, these are good pictures of the house. Glad you're back OK.
ReplyDeleteWelcome back in Europe, Ken! I;m sure Walt was very happy to see you back. And Tasha? Bet she was beyond herself!
ReplyDeleteNice pics of the house, especially #1!
I love these photos! Welcome back to France.
ReplyDeleteLovely house pictures, and I, too, recognized Collette (or her photo). Glad you're home safely.
ReplyDeleteThat photo with Collette in it dates back to 2004.
