Étretat, June 2003 (2)

Photos taken in Étretat, including one with Walt and our dog Collette in it, and one of the house called Le Clos Lupin.
Walt turned 62 yesterday. Collette was born in 1992, came with us to live in France in 2003,
and passed away in 2006 at the age of 14. I don't know how old Le Clos Lupin is.
It's probably not getting any younger. Who among us is?
Enjoy this two-minute slideshow.

  1. Beautiful slideshow!
I just finished reading L’Aiguille creuse by Maurice Leblanc. After 80 years, my recollection was only the end!

  4. Thanks to Evelyn for the impossible pie idea. I'm giving it a go. As Ken calls it, an English clafoutis!

  5. I think I've read that the famous arch of stone collapsed in a storm a few years ago. There's a lovely Morot painting of it. Such an amazing coastline.

    1. I don't think that was the arch that collapsed. I see photos of the Étretat arch on different web pages dated 2021.
