Whites and yellows

Today is our last day on winter time. Now if the weather would just warm up... We spring forward overnight tonight so we'll get back to our normal time difference with the U.S. (+6 hours compared to NY and NC; +9 compared to LA and SF).




To brighten up another gray morning (at least here in Saint-Aignan), I'm posting photos of a few of the flowers we have in our yard right now — hyacinths, jonquils, and plum blossoms. At least it's not raining right now. It's time for me to go tromp around in the vineyard with Callie the collie.

    It's going to rain here, but it's not really cold. The jonquils are gone, but the tulips are lovely. Joyeux Paques to you and Walt.

    Wonderful photos ! It is dreary indeed in Upstate NY . A grey day so I will keep these flowers on the screen to cheer me up while I finish packing :)

      Please do have a look at Ken's archives, and Walt's WCS: Another American in France. It's just lovely to be transported to their peaceable world when the modern day stresses are too much. And they are both marvelous cooks! Watch and learn. 🌻
