Many thanks to you for so many varied, interesting and informative posts. I — I was going to say we — appreciate all the work behind each posting and, mostly, the excellent text and the beautiful photos. As they say, keep up the good work! Again, thank you!
Happy Thanksgiving to all! As stated above, this blog is life support for my French vocabulary. Dear chm, I sent you some pics of a warm, familiar place. We were there last week!
Happy Thanksgiving! That is a remarkable photo. I'm giving thanks for you and Walt and all your commenters, and your blogs that make me feel like France is not all that far away.
Beautifully created Rouen photo with that lighting! And, yes, CHM, I can see a little bit of an hommage to Gustave Caillebotte's Rainy Day in Paris painting! One of my favorites! We got to attend an exhibition in Chicago at the Art Museum of his works with an emphasis on the Rainy Day taking center stage!
Sending late Happy Thanksgiving greetings to you and Walt and all of the bloggers! Busy day yesterday!
