The restaurant I was talking about was in one of these houses. Sorry I can’t remember its name. It was more than seventy years ago! This photo is great and you can see a piece of St Maclou on the right. Very atmospheric!
This is like quintessential France, in the mind of many non-French people, I think... even though the reality is not quite like this everywhere LOL. But, still, the fact that this kind of look and feel exists in many place, is what draws us all to France :)
