Clouds, clouds, clouds... We haven't had any skies as spectacular as the ones in these May 2008 photos this year. At least not yet. We had rain off and on all day yesterday, and we have a 50% chance of showers all day today, according to Accuweather. This is the second day of the saints de glace. Our central heat, with the thermostat set at 18.5º (65ºF) was going strong when I got up 90 minutes ago. However, everything is very green outdoors.
From both sides, now.
ReplyDeleteKen (and anyone else having troubles commenting from an iPad or tablet): Mitchell mentioned the "fix" in his May 11 blog post. Here's what he said to do (and... note that when he says to go into the settings for the browser, that's not the settings right there in the open browser, it's the settings section of the iPad/Tablet... they will list each app you have in that section... you click on that browser, and scroll through until you find this issue he mentions):
ReplyDeleteMany of us have been complaining about our problems commenting on blogs (even our own) when we’re on our tablets (like my iPad). I read about a fix that appears to have worked. At least it’s working today. If you haven’t tried it, on your tablet, go to the settings for your browsers (I did both Safari and Chrome). Turn on “Allow cross-website tracking.” I had mine turned off. As I said, it has so far done the trick.
Yes, Ellen ;-) Very green is my favorite color when spring arrives.
ReplyDeleteI really don’t know clouds at all.
