This first photo shows a horse that can almost fly. A-t-il des ailes ? S'appelle-t-il Pégase ?
And this second photo shows how far his hooves are off the ground.
I think I have about two more days of horse photos I want to post, so I'll continue over the weekend. Then I'll move on to another site, another subject. I promise.

ReplyDeleteI guess the two horses are strapped together. And maybe the man has velcro on the soles of his shoes.
DeleteNow, I'm wondering if these horses are hongres or étalons? Probably hongres for the most part, because étalons are much more difficult to train.

DeleteMy guess is that they're geldings, or mares, Stallions are not only more difficult to train but all that excess testosterone can make them dangerous.

ReplyDeletePercherons in la Peche which used to be Called la Perche I think. Many of these beautiful draft horses were killed in WWI.
ReplyDeleteDid you drive to Orlando? I'm glad you had a good time. At this point, for us, the U.S. and places like DisneyWorld seem like a dream.
DeleteWe flew to Orlando. Masked all the way on a full Southwest flight. At Disney everyone's temperature was checked before entering. "Cast members" made sure everyone kept their masks on. It was the stuff of a long bad, but still magical dream ;-) L, C, and I have had 2 Moderna. SIL has had first Pfizer vaccine.
