I’m enjoying your Vouvray memories. It looks like a pretty prosperous wine growing town (like the villages in the Champagne area) not like around here in the Diois. The “top” wine here is Clairette de Die, a sparkling wine, but we have others too. Nothing that sells as well as Loire wines I guess. I bought some Chinon rosé yesterday. I don’t think I’ve ever had that before. I’ll let you know what it’s like.
I bet those vacations in France were really special times for you, while you were still working. It's great that you and Walt were able to do them, and ended up comfortable with moving to France :)
