I think what the woman in the red jacket has is more of an affectation than an accent.

I am not very good understanding spoken french. This video was the right speed for me. I got many of the phrases but others - I was totally lost. I just need to listen to more videos and bring that part of my french up a notch! Thanks, Ken!
