Here we were yesterday afternoon in Paris, all having a great time
despite the cold wind that was blowing.
And it was glorious. We all felt like a million dollars.
As you can see, I didn't let a chilly wind keep me from going out and living it up.
Maybe you know where I was when I took these photos.
I believe you were at The Opera Garnier.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure, but that was some mad frolicking!
ReplyDeleteDiogenes is exactly right. The first group is a famous sculpture called la Danse by Jean-Baptiste Carpeaux (1827-1873).
ReplyDeleteGlad you were able to move around despite the cold.
Wonderful .. reminders of how happy I was in Paris .. and that it is time to go back !
ReplyDeleteThat first sculpture is a celebration of life- everyone is close together, reminding me of sitting in a five row plane riding across the Atlantic lol.
ReplyDeleteIt was a lot like that. Hello from ATL.
DeleteL'Opera Garnier - a magnificent piece of architecture.
ReplyDeleteHope you are eating your way around Paris too.
