Before the snow came in late January 2006, we had had plenty of sunny winter days.

Such a nice farm! I wish I had visited that goat farm. I hope your day is going well.
ReplyDeleteThings are going well here. We will be getting fiber in a week or so, if all goes well. That will be interesting.
DeleteFYI, I was able to get the 2nd real estate link to open, with the several listings in the area. Thanks for that! I love looking at houses!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure repairing that tile roof was not cheap!
ReplyDeleteThe neighbors had the roof on their house renovated last year. All the roof tiles were removed and replaced with new ones after the insulation under them was replaced with a better quality product. They said the cost of the job was 16,000 euros, but government aid covered three-fourths of the cost. They bought the house for 85,000 euros 3½ years ago — two bedrooms, 1½ baths, a decent kitchen, a very big living room.
DeleteInteresting about the government aid. I wonder if that's some kind of historic preservation program?
