Our house is the one at the end of the dirt road. Photo taken on January 19, 2018. Have I mentioned that my right wrist is much better since I started using an ergonomic vertical computer mouse?
I'm glad to hear that! Your photo would make a great oil painting. We went to an exhibition of two local artists from Descartes yesterday. Wonderful paintings done around 1900 and the colours were very similar to your photo.
A cousin of mine who lives in Florida does some painting, as her mother did. I talked to her on the phone a few weeks ago and she asked if I would mind her using some of my photos as inspiration for some paintings. Maybe she'll like this one.
Love the picture... vfery painterly! You hadn't mentioned that your wrist was much better, but I'm not surprised.... as I said it was a doctor's recommendation that got me started... the traditional mouse holding position is unreal.... it is a position that the hand is held in at rest... arm of chair, resting on knee, resting on table.... but not all the time.... and not doing things.
I’m so happy that your wrist has improved and also glad that you’re back to regular posting. I miss you when you’re not there to join me and my morning coffee. C.
That is great news, Ken!
ReplyDeleteNow that I've written that, I'm having shooting pains in my right wrist this morning. But not as sharp as a few months ago.
DeleteI'm glad to hear that!

For "vfery"... please read "very"!
DeleteThanks to you, Tim, for telling me about the vertical mouse.
DeleteSo glad your wrist is better! It improved pretty quickly.
ReplyDeleteIt's certainly not completely healed, but it's better than before.
DeleteSo happy your wrist is feeling much better.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the Chateau Poseidon link. I binge watched it yesterday and really enjoyed it.

ReplyDeleteAnd I miss blogging. I start my day in front of my laptop, and then Tasha and I heat up and share a croissant for breakfast.
DeleteOh, a croissant would be so good with my coffee right now! It's fun spoiling our pets. My cat is great company these days.
DeleteFantastic that the vertical mouse is proving useful!
