Homebody that I've become, it was about time for me to buy myself a new pair of shoes. They're "slip-ons."
The are not as easy to slip on as I thought they'd be, but never mind. The fact is they are supremely comfortable. I'm going to wear them indoors for now. They are much softer and warmer than the Birkenstock-style sandals I've been wearing as indoor shoes for years... until yesterday.
