Better... much better

I am so much better this morning than I was just yesterday morning. Les jours se suivent et s'améliorent. I'm tempted to try to process and post some photos, but I keep telling myself to go slow and let my wrist and thumb get a little stronger before I start stressing them again. I need to go to the pharmacy and the supermarket this morning. That will be my hands and wrists excercise for the day.

  1. So glad that you are finally healing! Believe or not, I was in Paris last week! With my DD, SIL and granddaughters. The trip was planned in January for my 80th birthday. It ended up to be a good time to be away and went well- I will tell you all about it via email (with photos) soon.

    3. The trip was like a dream come true. My little granddaughters picked up some french with perfect accents. I'm still jet lagged but will soon gather photos for you. I'm already thinking about another trip since I managed Ok somehow. It really lifted my spirits.

    1. I'm going to get my blood sample taken this morning. The doctor says the information in my blood test will give him the information he needs to prescribe the right medecine(s).

  3. My admittedly short drives to the pharmacy and then to the supermarket were a success yesterday. I had some pain in my thumbs when holding the steering wheel, but nothing that made me feel like driving was dangerous. It was good I could get to the supermarket and back because our fridge and freezer were nearly empty. We hadn't been grocery shopping in a while. One item we had on hand, along with eggs beans, and cheese, was a big tin of confit de cuisses de canard down in the cellar. That will give us a couple of good meals when we open it.
