I sat down in front of my new laptop this morning — the one I "downgraded" from Windows 11 to Windows 10 — and started to do a blog post. I looked through a big batch of photos and saw some I might post. They needed "processing" so I tried to open Photoshop. Guess what — I dont have Photoshop installed on the laptop. Yet. I went upstairs and found the Photoshop installation disk. I came back down to the living room, ready to do the install, when I remembered that this laptop doesn't have a CD/DVD optical drive in it!
Anyway, here's a photo of an iris in the back yard that I took in April 2014 and found a minute ago. Now I need to start installing some software on the laptop to get ready for tomorrow's post.
Funny things happen to us as our brain ages! I'm waiting on my small patch of iris to bloom. We are having a chilly wet April here in Bham.
ReplyDeleteInstallation cd’s seem to have gone the way of buggy whips. Thank you for the beautiful Iris.

Ooooh, that iris is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteProbably my favorite flower, up there with peonies.
ReplyDeleteHi D…We seem to have exactly the same taste in flowers. Irises being definitely the first.
