I got my flu and Covid vaccinations yesterday afternoon. Then I had a really bad night trying to get some sleep. Now my inflamed wrist is acting up again. I wonder if that could be related to getting the shots. Time will tell, I suppose. I'll go see the doctor again next week and see what he says and/or prescribes.
Lots of lovely colour....
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear that your wrist is playing up....
hope it isn't gout with all your fine dining??
No, it's no gout. I've been taking daily anti-gout medication for some 15 years.
DeleteThank goodness for that.... I had a friend who had an attack of gout.... he's now probably on the same meds as you.
DeleteWe had our vaccinations this week and also a bad night’s sleep afterwards. We found that paracetamol helped and now, 3 days later, all is good. Hope you feel better tomorrow, I’m sure you will.
ReplyDeleteYou were right, Jane. I'm already feeling better, even though my right wrist is still acting up.
DeleteI'm doing my shots one at a time next year. I hope your wrist calms down. This vineyard photos are so peaceful. Thank you for them.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your good comments, E.
DeleteOhhhhh, such colors :) Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI imagine you'll be back to sleeping fine tonight, or tomorrow night -- those vaccine side effects are always just temporary.
I slept fine last night.
DeleteI just had the flu vax and as usual felt bad and achy for a couple days. The Covid vax also always makes me feel bad for a while. The body reacting to the small dose. Hope you feel better.
ReplyDeleteMy left arm is a little sore from the shot, but the right one (with the bum wrist) doesn't hurt up at shoulder level. I don't remember which are got which vaccine.
