Portulacaria afra doesn't produce much pollen...
I'm having a rough morning. Allergies. Crying eyes, dripping nose. Sneezing. I hate when this happens. Maybe it won't last long. The weather woman (Valérie Maurice) on Télématin says a high pressure area (un anticyclone) is moving across France today. It's bringing a southerly flow, and that brings pollen that doesn't agree with me. Meanwhile, there's a hurricane in Florida! In November! Very weird.
I, too, hate when that happens. Hope it passes quickly.

feel your allergy pain. It's been so warm here in NC that I've had same issues for a couple weeks. And to top it off that storm is heading our way tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteMy allergy symptoms didn't last much past noon yesterday, so I had a good afternoon and evening. That's a pattern here. I often have attacks that last 4 to 6 hours, whereas in California I had attacks that lasted 4 to 6 days or more.
DeleteNice elephant plant. Is that from the one chm gave you? Texas had tornados a few days ago, so warming everywhere.
ReplyDeleteYes, CHM brought me cuttings from his elephant bush 15 years ago, when we had just moved to France. I have another one that's about the same size as the one in the photo, and I have a larger one that I can take cuttings from to start more.
