March is gone and it did go out like a lion. Here are a few shots of clouds and skies over the Renaudière vineyard, outside Saint-Aignan-sur-Cher, that I've taken since Sunday.
You can see the hamlet where we live in the distance. You can also see that the grapes haven't yet started to leaf out.
We got some rain and a lot of wind out of the storms that went through on Monday and Tuesday. I think people farther north had worse weather than we did here in the Loire Valley.
The clouds put on a pretty good show for a day or two. Now the winds have died down and we are promised some sunshine today. I hope that's not somebody's idea of an April Fool's joke.
3PM and still sunny...so no fish!
