This is Paris
Last Saturday in the Latin Quarter in Paris I noticed this bicycle parking scene.
The sign says: "Locking bicycles, motorbikes, motorcyles to this fence is forbidden."
Some might say that such a scene is a good indication of the typical Parisian's attitude toward rules and regulations in general...
