Your plum sauce sounds like the ideal use for this season's plum surplus.<br /><br />My mil made a relish from green tomatoes, bell peppers and hot pepper flakes. Sugar and vinegar were added and cooked down a bit. This relish is like some chow chows, but didn't have onions.
