Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-12237907815840827232010-12-11T17:34:23.866+01:002010-12-11T17:34:23.866+01:00Ken, that looks so delicious, as always!

I love them. Sauerbraten is the only recipe for meat I've ever done with vinegar and Hungarian Vadas Hus with venison is somewhat similar. But I love all sorts of salad things with vinegar. Usually I use the Nanko Rice vinegar or white balsamic. I will try this recipe too!Thickethouse.wordpresshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17187303460677067276noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-12190120309967617942010-12-11T15:32:30.333+01:002010-12-11T15:32:30.333+01:00Hi Ken, I am French but I live in St Louis, MO now...Hi Ken, I am French but I live in St Louis, MO now. I came across your blog months ago and read it very often. I have Jacques Pépin's book and I have to say, your poulet au vinaigre looks even better than Jacques Pépin's one! Actually, everything you cook always looks delicious. Thanks for sharing your life in France, sometimes it makes me feel as if I was still there :)
CecileUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05721999195654208799noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-12278345054032118692010-12-11T15:29:21.044+01:002010-12-11T15:29:21.044+01:00I found the movie you are talking about on Netflix...I found the movie you are talking about on Netflix. Perhaps he wouldn't taste it if I used Balsamic vinegar in this recipe.

When our mutual friend came to visit, she brought us some mustard from Normandie. Wow, it is so HOT, do you have any suggestions for its use? I love Dijon on sandwiches, etc but the Norman mustard is almost like Chinese hot mustard and is too hot for my sinuses on a sandwich.Evelynnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-72260068355150595292010-12-11T14:17:52.366+01:002010-12-11T14:17:52.366+01:00I'll try it with what is available to me as so...I'll try it with what is available to me as soon as I'm low on already prepared food.chmnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-77945689438403373332010-12-11T13:44:56.376+01:002010-12-11T13:44:56.376+01:00I remember "tendre poulet" ("Dear i...I remember "tendre poulet" ("Dear inspector" if I remember right).
I have never tried poulet au vinaigre.Amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06031276247743743680noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-87240116650725239352010-12-11T09:37:57.823+01:002010-12-11T09:37:57.823+01:00Hi We do something similar only using raspberry vi...Hi We do something similar only using raspberry vinagar.
