Et c'est vrai, en plus.

Bob F., la prochaine fois, quand tu viendras à St-Aignan, nous irons voir les plus vieilles vignes de France, chez Mr Marrionnet à Soings-en-Sologne.

Hello Bob R., it was only this morning as I took the photo of the BIB label that I noticed that the Romorantin wine in the box was from the 2006 vintage. Unheard of in the Loire Valley, except maybe in Chinon. A good, acidic, fruity white wine too.Ken Broadhursthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04430899802705818716noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-71336651394275323012013-11-18T14:52:32.265+01:002013-11-18T14:52:32.265+01:00Very interesting. You can occasionally find it in the US, and I've enjoyed it the few times I've had it. What did surprise me is the fact that the co-op was selling the 2006 vintage, in BIB no less. I never would have thought of it as a grape that would age, or that a producer would want to age. But it sounds like it held up well.Bob Rossihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08349830722788278723noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-67934635734980559652013-11-18T14:46:09.239+01:002013-11-18T14:46:09.239+01:00Tu nous apprends des nouvelles.
