She doesn't have a good relationship with the cat, but I guess that's natural. They adore their humans and want to be with them but life is also a bit better for a dog to have another dogs company. There really is nothing so sad as the sight of a dog that is so attached to their owner/human that they cannot just be doggy ... they are constantly watching the human and sort of clingy.
