What about Walt? Growing up in NJ, once we were exposed to pizza (which wasn't nearly the common food item that it is now), we ate Mozzarella-cheese pizza -- New York style (which was all we had ever heard of). When we moved to St. Louis, I was shocked to see thin-crust, rectangular-shaped pizza, with Provel cheese (a St. Louis cheese product that is a mixture of cheeses) -- no Mozzarella at all!Seine Judeet (Judith)https://www.blogger.com/profile/07407353544376132484noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-90955673051992282122016-09-21T12:24:39.251+02:002016-09-21T12:24:39.251+02:00Bon appétit !Bon appétit !Ken Broadhursthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04430899802705818716noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-32147875073401889352016-09-21T12:13:12.036+02:002016-09-21T12:13:12.036+02:00It looks so good I think I could have the whole th...It looks so good I think I could have the whole thing for breakfast!chmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17765675930520613520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-4895298102927271572016-09-21T11:49:08.236+02:002016-09-21T11:49:08.236+02:00It was good.It was good.Ken Broadhursthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04430899802705818716noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-53815141737929556882016-09-21T11:48:44.848+02:002016-09-21T11:48:44.848+02:00Do you see how Walt crimped the edge of the dough ...Do you see how Walt crimped the edge of the dough to make an edge. That kept the mozzarella water from running off onto the pizza stone. The ratatouille was already so watery that we figured the cheese wouldn't be a problem, and it wasn't.Ken Broadhursthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04430899802705818716noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-22500444192655187552016-09-21T10:43:50.124+02:002016-09-21T10:43:50.124+02:00But I won't be using Mozza!!But I won't be using Mozza!!<br />Le Pré de la Forgehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02396822372095610004noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-73038174897132969542016-09-21T10:43:06.004+02:002016-09-21T10:43:06.004+02:00We think alike.....
