We bring her down to the living room early in the morning and then take her back up to the loft in the evening. During the day, we take her out three or four times to walk a short distance and do her business. I just came back from the early morning walk with her.Ken Broadhursthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04430899802705818716noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-10248085009091664022022-01-22T00:52:11.541+01:002022-01-22T00:52:11.541+01:00I usually read your blog, and Walt's, at the e...I usually read your blog, and Walt's, at the end of the day, as a reward for having made it through yet another day of the crazy in this world. But now I'm popping in early, just to check on Tasha.
It sounds as if she's doing well. The gentle walking is good to strengthen muscles again. They do that for people, too, although usually without the leash.Emmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17365143273404503659noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-71568604156867534262022-01-21T22:49:08.379+01:002022-01-21T22:49:08.379+01:00Did you have to carry her downstairs or was she ab...Did you have to carry her downstairs or was she able to do it herself in this easy flight of stairs?chmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17765675930520613520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-80010328503746133272022-01-21T18:57:36.728+01:002022-01-21T18:57:36.728+01:00The local vet took Tasha's bandage off today. ...The local vet took Tasha's bandage off today. I also enjoyed seeing your road again. So glad Tasha is adjusting to her new situation.
A few years ago our cat got sick and Lewis took her to Auburn's vet school. She had a gallbladder problem, operation with a fairly long stay there- a week I think. She came home with a feeding tube. Luckily Lewis knew how to deal with the tube. She recovered and is doing fine now.
