I knew nothing about noise at night or noisy neighbors.<br />Then I grew up and moved to San Francisco. But I was so young, I was one of the noisy ones.<br />Many homes in many states and another country ( Argentina, talk about noise !!) I understood, then, why people seek a weekend getaway spot. The difference between a busy London road, opposite a pub, and a narrow street in a small rural town is very marked.
