I've never seen molasses here, and brown sugar is hard to find too. Not raw sugar though, which is called <i>cassonnade</i> and is available anywhere. I think it's the same ketchup, whether it's in glass or plastic, but I could be proved wrong. C'est délicieux. Achetez la mâche déjà prélavée ' le producteur est à Nantes, pas loin)en barquette. Je ne suis pas fan de ketchup qui donne un gout sucré aux aliments, le sucré l'emportant trop souvent sur le reste, ceci explique la préférence des enfants ou ado ( kids !) pour le ketchup. Eternel débat : Sucré ou salé ?
