It was not one you mentioned. It is called Sevre Belle Bucherondin. I was hoping to be able to get more than one and try to find the differences. It was good....a little tarter than I expected.Lynnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17638031212346458820noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-89917606539568117172010-05-14T20:57:43.206+02:002010-05-14T20:57:43.206+02:00I just love those wrappers from the pâtissiers, th...I just love those wrappers from the pâtissiers, the boulangers, and the fromagers at the markets, or at their stores. I remember your posting about that goat ferme-auberge before (or was it Walt?)... I think there was a link to go see their website? Great stuff, these posts about cheese and market experiences... I could read them all the time :)

JudySeine Judeet (Judith)https://www.blogger.com/profile/07407353544376132484noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-5946137527738499892010-05-14T20:56:29.668+02:002010-05-14T20:56:29.668+02:00This comment has been removed by the author.Seine Judeet (Judith)https://www.blogger.com/profile/07407353544376132484noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-81949678700391061552010-05-14T20:34:03.510+02:002010-05-14T20:34:03.510+02:00I never knew there was more than one kind of goat ...I never knew there was more than one kind of goat cheese. It's great and offers variety with the different ageing processes but I have to say, that runny cheese in your photo looks fantastic.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-57935260903344250252010-05-14T18:43:18.345+02:002010-05-14T18:43:18.345+02:00Sorry, I meant to say "Ken"......Sorry, I meant to say "Ken"......Lynnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17638031212346458820noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-32878577929177158492010-05-14T18:40:07.304+02:002010-05-14T18:40:07.304+02:00Thank you for today's post. Usually when in France we buy a lot of epoisse since you really can't get it in the states, and when you can it's very expensive and not very fresh. I have put "Bouland's Ferme-Auberge" on our "to do" list. I love the idea of buying cheese from the maker, and my daughters will have fun petting the goats. Thanks again Walt, your blog has been a real help for me planning my summer trip.Lynnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17638031212346458820noreply@blogger.com
