We spend a lot of time outdoors in the summer, either on the terrace, out in the garden, or walking the dog. I might be wrong, but I think French people are closer to nature than americans. They are also more attuned to the weather too. It always makes me smile when you write about the weather, how hot, how cold... it is. Not enough rain, too much rain... Even Walt now is getting into it. And I would do the same thing if I lived in France.Amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06031276247743743680noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-42745191603223610892012-08-22T15:24:57.798+02:002012-08-22T15:24:57.798+02:00If the Basil plants flourish well, some pesto will...If the Basil plants flourish well, some pesto will be in the works, I would assume :-)The Beavernoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-47813568590883343012012-08-22T13:15:39.860+02:002012-08-22T13:15:39.860+02:00p.s. So, some corn that was at a certain stage before the drought hit, is making it through just fine. But, that's not the most of it.

Seine Judeet (Judith)https://www.blogger.com/profile/07407353544376132484noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-36948037989410071392012-08-22T08:49:17.791+02:002012-08-22T08:49:17.791+02:00I'm going to plant kale and chard this week.I'm going to plant kale and chard this week.deedeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10278468497564430383noreply@blogger.com
