Sometimes I'm able to get Le Chevrot, which I believe is from a producer in Selles sur Cher, but the last couple of batches here weren't very good. <br /> Well, I do have fond memories of having crottin de chavignol and Sancerre in Chavignol many years ago. Now those are 4 fine cheeses. It used to be possible to find them in the US pretty regularly, but now I almost never see any of them.
