I used a recipe from "Fields of Greens" cookbook for a roasted garlic tomato sauce. Made some fresh pasta and the filling was ricotta, spinach, goat cheese and toasted pine nuts. OMG so yummy. Thank you for posting your pictures. I wouldn't have thought of making it.

If you are curious - here's the recipe: http://community.cookinglight.com/showthread.php?t=68004Martahttp://www.slowtrav.com/blog/martanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-44857577291469641992011-11-14T00:23:59.853+01:002011-11-14T00:23:59.853+01:00look great! we use our goat cheese as our filling ...look great! we use our goat cheese as our filling as well. i'm so envious that your cheese vendor has such a selection! we are near the end of our milking season and so ends our cheesemaking. but i'm making a lot of sauerkraut right now!Ohiofarmgirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02606563929369721111noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-27521833028943616232011-11-13T22:51:52.703+01:002011-11-13T22:51:52.703+01:00Your lunch looks wonderful and I admire your abili...Your lunch looks wonderful and I admire your ability to resist temptation and leave the market with just the things you wanted. My guests enjoyed the lunch and then left to go and pay a visit to my Dad :-)
The weather has been very mild both yesterday and today afternoons, it was very pleasant !
Bise
MaryMary07https://www.blogger.com/profile/10730039957792562654noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-65751454767531322292011-11-13T17:20:35.400+01:002011-11-13T17:20:35.400+01:00Absolutely wonderful :))))Absolutely wonderful :))))Seine Judeet (Judith)https://www.blogger.com/profile/07407353544376132484noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-48166424265242421932011-11-13T17:02:10.201+01:002011-11-13T17:02:10.201+01:00Thank you for these delicious meals.

I always bake my best bread when we are going to get goat cheese from the farm and we savor it.

Yes, please tell us about the sauerkraut. We HAVE to have pork and sauerkraut on Thanksgiving and Christmas and usually we just buy the kraut in a can or a bag.Carolynnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18071407.post-24406376173765154402011-11-13T13:50:34.167+01:002011-11-13T13:50:34.167+01:00Looks delicious!Looks delicious!Cuisine de Provencehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14179654559093072126noreply@blogger.com
