Ken, I see that you can't totally kick the habit, even if it's just a sentence. And yes, Beaver, here in southern coastal Maine, where the weather has been quite nice this month, the price of lobster is down to around $4/pound.
oooh! I'm about to leave for a week in Vermont, hoping to snag some of that Maine lobster at $4/pound :)) Fortunately for our tomatoes, Elliot will still be home to water them ;))Bonnes vacances à tous!
Thank you for the confirmation wrt the lobsters Bob . I believe that the lobster festival @ Rockland will be held on the WE we will be heading back home but we will take the opportunity to but them from the other locations along the coast.
What a tease you are, Ken!I'll keep checking back periodically to see if you've given us a nod...Meanwhile, I'll keep trying some of your past recipes and I will continue to study french so I might be able to keep up with all of you french teachers!Mary in Oregon

Hey everybody but Ken, we can keep this going even if Ken doesn't post (but I hope he will, if only occasionally). I want to wish everybody a very pleasant day today. I'm in Gettysburg to celebrate my mother's 92nd birthday. And to all you lucky travelers, bonne route!
What a wonderful occasion, Carolyn!I'm making crepes for friends coming for a few days visit chez moi.
Hi Carolyn, Evelyn,I'm planning to post on the blog tomorrow. I can't resist....
I don't come by too often, but I will miss you. Maybe 1 post a week would be easier on you, and we wouldn't feel left out. Will Walt keep on posting? I love to read his "newsiness".
You crack me up, Ken! It's your blog and you can blog when you want to...
What's on your mind? Qu'avez-vous à me dire ?
